THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Requirements: Solid technical aptitude and HVAC basics understanding Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and in tight crawl spaces Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications: EPA certification (assistance provided if needed) NATE certification (desirable but not mandatory) Traits That Resonate with Us: Mature, dependable, and friendly Positive can-do attitude with a confident demeanor Strong mechanical aptitude No previous experience is required – we provide paid training!
