Payroll and Compensation Manager

_Payroll and Compensation SpecialistChiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is expanding our Human Resources Team and seeking a talented Payroll and Compensation Specialist for a newly created position. This is a hybrid position with an on-site requirement of three days per week.Essential Functions:Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in deductions and compliance with tax regulationsMaintain and reconcile payroll records; conduct regular compliance auditsAnalyze compensation data, prepare reports, and integrate data for strategic decision-makingConduct market benchmarking and assist in designing competitive compensation programsServe as the functional lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance systemsRequired Experience:Proven experience in payroll processing and compensation analysisStrong numerical and accounting skillsProficiency with data analysis tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel)Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative team player with excellent communication skillsThe expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000.
