Part-Time Executive DirectorSeeking a qualified Part-Time Executive Director to oversee Agency operations in accordance with New Jersey law and Commissioners' direction. This position averages 20 hours weekly with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating redevelopment projects with Township departments, developers, property owners, and professionals; implementing Agency policies; monitoring project progress; preparing agendas, resolutions, reports, and correspondence; attending meetings; assisting with budgets and financial matters; and ensuring compliance. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university and have five years of experience in public administration, public finance, realty, or similar professional employment. Relevant municipal, redevelopment, planning, real estate, or economic development experience is preferred. State qualification and certification requirements apply. Salary: $40.00 / hour.
