Position Summary The Maintenance Lead is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime. This role supervises maintenance mechanics, coordinates daily tasks and preventive maintenance, and addresses urgent repairs. The position works closely with production and quality teams to support equipment improvements, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, requiring strong technical skills and hands‑on leadership.
