Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized one-on-one therapeutic counseling to adolescents, focusing on solutions that empower them to overcome current and future challenges.

• Conduct crisis intervention assessments, including necessary screenings, to tailor treatment approaches effectively.

• Organize and lead group counseling sessions on pertinent mental health topics to foster community and shared learning among clients.

• Document treatment plans, session notes, and progress updates accurately and concisely to maintain meticulous records of client care.

• Develop and conduct training sessions for probation and detention staff, equipping them with effective skill-building strategies to support adolescents in their supervision.

• Coordinate discharge and ongoing care strategies with community providers to promote seamless transitions for clients post-detainment, aligning with our focus on long-term well-being.
