Job Title: System Analyst 6 REDCap Application Support
Location: Lansing, MI
Duration: 1+ Year Contract
Work Model: Hybrid 2 days onsite (Wednesday & Thursday)
Local Requirement: Candidates must be within 75 miles of Lansing, MI
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced PHP/MySQL developer to provide operational and technical support for a REDCap application hosted on AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain REDCap application hosted on AWS.
- Develop and troubleshoot PHP Microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Manage MySQL databases and data integrations.
- Support REDCap API integrations and External Modules.
- Handle AWS infrastructure coordination, application monitoring, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Support OIDC/LDAP, SSL/TLS, security, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide user support/training.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years PHP Microservices development.
- 5+ years MySQL database management.
- 5+ years PHP configuration and troubleshooting.
- 5+ years Python scripting.
- 5+ years RESTful API development.
- 5+ years supporting enterprise applications on AWS.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Preferred:
- REDCap experience.
- REDCap API & External Modules experience.
- Healthcare/Public Health/Research experience.
- Twilio/SMS survey gateway experience.
Interview: 1st round virtual; 2nd round in-person.
