Responsibilities Work with the Assistant Vice President and staff to complete annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, marketing plans, staffing plans, and capital plans. Drive the financial performance of the property by understanding how operational decisions impact results; interpret financial statements and required reports. Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise, and assess the performance of all staff. Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Maintain professional resident communications regarding concerns, service requests, and other items of interest via newsletters and other media. Actively engage in the evolving promotional, social, and content marketing landscape. Support and manage operations at various properties based on business needs. Qualifications Five years of experience in multifamily real‑estate. Critical and analytical thinking when setting goals and reporting results. Proficiency in computer software to solve financial and operational issues. Understanding of budgets and financial statements. Excellent written, spoken, and written English communication skills. Proven leadership by actions and a sense of humor. Travel to multiple locations to provide operational and management support based on business needs.
