Cicis General Manager

Cici's Pizza has over 420 locations in 32 states and is still growing. The Restaurant General Manager will play the key role in the operation of our restaurants. The manager has overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned. This position requires the ability to work 10‑hour shifts on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Direct daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company standards. Oversee product preparation and delivery to maintain quality and consistency. Manage customer relations and resolve any guest concerns. Maintain restaurant appearance and facility repairs. Control inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock. Lead and develop the restaurant team through recruiting, training, and retention. Ensure financial accountability and accurate reporting of revenue and expenses. Handle cash and banking procedures in accordance with company policy. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Adhere to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Ability to work 10‑hour shifts with a total of 50 hours per week. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Working knowledge of a profit and loss statement. Valid driver’s license. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Experience with banking and cash handling procedures. Experience managing inventory on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Prior experience recruiting and hiring team members. Experience training new team members.
