An established MEP engineering firm in Memphis is looking for a senior engineering leader with the potential to become its future CEO.
The successful individual will join the senior leadership team, take increasing responsibility for the business and work directly alongside the current CEO through a planned succession over the next few years.
We’re looking for someone with:
• Leadership experience within MEP / consulting engineering
• Strong commercial and operational capability
• A track record of leading teams and client relationships
• The ambition and credibility to ultimately run the business
