Experience/Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of practice with valid MSN/BSN preferred
Minimum 5 years ICU/acute care nursing with 2 years leadership experience
Experience in quality metrics, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
Proven proficiency with unit staffing, scheduling, and acuity-based assignments
Strong data literacy; competency with dashboards and KPI reporting
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff
Project management experience; leading unit-based improvement initiatives
Excellent interprofessional collaboration and conflict resolution skills
Inventory and supply chain oversight; cost containment without compromising care
Contract role flexibility; on-site availability; ability to travel for onboarding as needed
