Customer Account Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and technology-savvy Customer Account Representative to support four key customer accounts that represent a significant portion of our business. This role serves as the primary link between customers and internal teams, ensuring account activity. Customer requests, quotes, updates, and communication are managed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication with both customers and internal stakeholders. Location: Onsite/Merrimack Valley Area Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 annually Employment Type: Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day activity for key customers. Monitor and maintain customer portals, ensuring all requests, updates, quotes, and account activity are addressed promptly and accurately. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and foster strong working relationships. Coordinate with operations and production teams to communicate customer requirements and updates. Track and follow up on open items to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Manage account information and order activity within customer portals and ERP systems. Provide regular status updates and communicate changes internally and externally. Prioritize multiple customer requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications Experience in customer account management, account coordination, customer service, order management, or a related role. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and navigate multiple customer portals and software systems. Experience working within an ERP system; JobBOSS experience is a plus. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
