What You'll Do

• Own the schedule manage and coordinate daily schedules for our mobile service technicians

• Support the field process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done right

• Keep customers informed provide clear updates on timelines, lead-times, and service expectations

• Maintain accuracy update customer databases with current information and service details

• Bridge communication serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers

• Support accounting provide accurate maintenance contract billing information and prepare service invoices

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities

• Excellent communication skills clear, professional, and customer-focused

• Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support within the equipment, trucking, or fleet service industry (preferred)

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in scheduling, billing, and documentation

Posted Salary Range

USD $24.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
