Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

This position is a warehouse role, and daily responsibilities will be driven by order volume and facility needs. This is a critical role in our organization, and overtime may be required based on our business needs. Warehouse functions include accurately processing, packing, and shipping orders as well as receiving and appropriately sorting, labeling, and shelving incoming products. Conduct Physical Inventory Cycle Counts as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment. Communicate with internal departments regarding shipping and receiving status updates. Perform data entry and inventory transactions within NetSuite

This position works closely with team members to ensure operational goals are met and may assist with shop related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process, package, and ship customer orders
• Schedule LTL and FTL freight shipments
• Receive, unload, label, and stock incoming inventory
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage locations
• Perform Physical Inventory Cycle Counts as required
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Communicate shipping and receiving status updates with internal departments
• Perform data entry and inventory transactions within NetSuite
• Assist with additional warehouse or shop duties as assigned
• Overtime may be required

Qualification/Knowledge/Skills Required:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience operating a forklift preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to physically stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds regularly
• OSHA 10 (will certify if required)
• Must be able to drive a commercial heavy-duty pickup truck with trailer (if required)
• Must be able to pass DOT qualifications and guidelines (if required)
• Must be able to pass “Operator Qualifications” for the tasks they are performing (if required)
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug testing (if required)
