RDA & DA

We are looking for an experienced RDA & DA that would like to become part of our awesome team! The office is a modern dental practice that provides the best quality care to all our patients. This hands-on career requires a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and the ability to work with other members of the dental team and a variety of patients. The RDA & DA will perform all dentistry procedures, x-rays, teeth whitening, clinical infection control procedures, cleaning and sterilization of instruments, tray setup and materials.

RDA Compensation: $20-$22-BOE

DA Compensation: $18-$19- BOE

Duties and Skills

• Proven experience as RDA/Dental Assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations(OSHA & HIPAA)
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing & temp crowns
• Good Dentrix computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• Ability to Inspire, Smile & Laugh

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RDA-$20.00 - $22.00 per hour BOE/ DA-$18-$19 per hour BOE

Experience:

• RDA: 1 to 2 Years (Preferred)
• DA: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Registered Dental Assistant Lic. (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
