What You'll Do

As an Electrical Helper / Top Helper, you'll work alongside experienced electricians on commercial construction projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

• Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical systems
• Pull wire, install boxes, and assist with conduit installation and bending
• Perform basic electrical terminations and connections under supervision
• Support troubleshooting efforts and help implement safe, code-compliant solutions
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, electrical drawings, and work instructions
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all company safety policies and industry standards
• Collaborate with electricians, supervisors, project managers, and other trades to support project goals
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates with construction experience and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, materials, and jobsite safety practices
• Ability to assist with wire pulling, conduit installation, and other electrical construction tasks
• Willingness to learn from experienced electricians and follow direction effectively
• Ability to read and understand basic electrical drawings and layouts
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
