Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Oncology unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas or a compact state license
• Experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an oncology or Med/Surg Oncology setting
• Familiarity with oncology medications and treatment protocols
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
