LICENSED Outpatient Mental Health Therapist-Smyrna

About Ellie Ellie Mental Health is a multi‑clinic organization focused on ending stigma, filling gaps, and bringing innovation to mental health. We operate in Smyrna, TN. Position We are seeking licensed Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join us as Mental Health Clinicians. Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans. Maintain ongoing documentation per company policy, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes. Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training. Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full‑time clinicians (part‑time and half‑time positions available). Desired Experience & Qualifications Fully licensed mental health professional with a valid Tennessee license. Experience with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools preferred. General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation. Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels. Compensation $76,000.00 – $89,000.00 per year.
