Our products include Meat, Grocery, Bakery, Personal Care, Vitamins, etc. Job Description Responsible for Full cycle, high volume, Accounts payable process Check and approve all vouchers for payment and review for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Responsible to handle all vendor inquiries in a professional manner Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms with vendors as directed Prepare accounts payable checks Print all accounts payable reports and maintain accounts payable files Prepare analysis of accounts, as required Assist in monthly closings Process expense reports and employee reimbursements Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting Technical knowledge of accounting regulations, policies and procedures Strong computer skills including accounting databases, Excel, QuickBooks and other software Detail- and deadline-oriented Ability to thoroughly analyze and research information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.One Stop Halal is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, veteran status, disability, history of disability or perceived disability.
