What You’ll Do

In the Field Daily

• Complete 4+ creative repairs on‑site each day

• Work independently while delivering excellent customer service

• Problem‑solve in diverse environments: apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, and more

Customer Service & Communication

• Treat tenants, staff, and clients with professionalism and care

• Enter repair notes and updates in our CRM/dispatch system

• Collaborate with our Support Team when unique challenges arise

Technicians with backgrounds in painting, sculpting, whittling, drawing, or other visual arts excel at Surface Experts. Your ability to see, match, and replicate color is essential. Every repair has a different sheen, pattern, and material—creativity is a must.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in any manual trade (construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, etc.)

• Facility maintenance experience helpful but not required

• Ability to see, distinguish, and match colors accurately

• Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑focused mindset
