Estimator Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes, excellent analytical skills, and a degree in Construction Management or related field. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects- Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers Participate in bid meetings and presentations Qualifications -3–5 years of experience in construction estimating Experienced in quantity takeoffs Ability to perform conceptual + schematic estimates Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On-Screen, Roctek, Bluebeam, Excel workbooks) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork ability Newfield Construction is an affirmative action / equal opportunity employer and offers competitive salary, medical benefits and 401k programs.
