The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who wants more than a single lane. You’ll own the day-to-day of keeping our wholesale customers moving — orders, reorders, samples, and follow-through — while also driving the work that makes sales smarter and more efficient: account intelligence, operational support through fulfillment, sample management, and close coordination with our Design, Production, and CAD teams. It’s a role with real ownership and room to grow into broader responsibility and leadership as the business expands. We’re looking for someone who sees the big picture of what the business needs and takes initiative to get there, not someone waiting to be handed a task list.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Account Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for wholesale customers, handling inquiries, quotes, and order status with quick, reliable follow-up.
• Manage the order lifecycle — orders, reorders, and custom requests — from intake through delivery.
• Prepare and send quotes, line sheets, invoices, and order confirmations; keep pricing and customer records accurate.
• Support trade show preparation and post-show follow-up (e.g., JCK Las Vegas) — scheduling meetings, organizing the booth and samples, and tracking leads through to next steps.\
• Build and maintain wholesale customer relationships, anticipating needs and keeping accounts active.

Account Intelligence

• Build and maintain a clear profile of each account — assortment, buying patterns, sell-through, key contacts, price points, and competitive set.
• Identify reorder, upsell, and whitespace opportunities within existing accounts, and surface them to the sales team with a recommended next step.
• Flag at-risk or slowing accounts early and help shape the plan to re-engage them.
• Translate account and sales data into account-level reporting that informs Q3/Q4 and annual planning.
• Track what’s selling, gather customer feedback, and feed it back into product development, reorder strategy, and pricing.

Order Fulfillment & Operations

• Assist operationally with order fulfillment — moving orders through each production stage and keeping timelines on track.
• Verify order accuracy (specs, metals, stones, pricing) before pieces enter and leave production.
• Coordinate shipping, logistics, and delivery documentation; keep customers informed on lead times and any delays.
• Help resolve fulfillment issues — shortages, delays, quality questions, returns — and keep the right people informed.
• Maintain accurate records across orders, inventory, and customer files.

Sample Management

• Manage and prepare samples — maintaining the sample library, fulfilling sample requests, and shipping samples to customers and trade shows.
• Track sample loans, consignments, and returns so nothing goes missing.
• Request new samples and coordinate their production with the relevant teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the link between customers and the Design, Production, and CAD teams on custom and sample requests — translating what a customer wants into a clear, actionable brief and tracking it through to a finished piece.
• Keep all teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and customer expectations.

Sales Support & Research

• Build and maintain prospect lists; research target wholesalers, markets, and competitors to inform where we sell next.
• Research design trends, market gaps, and customer demand, and propose new designs and product ideas to the Design team.
• Prepare sales materials, catalogs, line sheets, and presentations that make the collection easy to sell.
• Maintain CRM records, pricing sheets, and internal sales reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in sales, account management, sales operations, customer service, or a related role; experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion is a strong plus.

• A design sensibility or basic familiarity with CAD and the jewelry production process.
• Strong organization and genuine follow-through, with comfort juggling many moving parts at once.
• Comfort with research and data — turning it into something useful, not just a pile of notes.
• Detail-oriented with numbers: orders, pricing, inventory, and timelines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• A strong customer service instinct — responsive, attentive, and able to keep customers confident even when problems come up.
• Familiarity with fine jewelry, or real eagerness to learn the product deeply.

Nice to have

• Experience with a CRM and/or QuickBooks.
• Bilingual (Korean/English) — helpful for coordinating with our production team and overseas partners.
