Mig Tig Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

We are seeking an experienced MIG or TIG Welder/Fabricator to join the team. This position is responsible for fabricating and welding steel components using a variety of welding processes and equipment. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, safely operate tools and equipment, and maintain quality workmanship in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

• MIG Or TIG Weld steel components in flat and vertical positions
• Fit, clamp, tack-weld, grind, heat-bend, and assemble parts 
• Monitor welding processes to prevent warping, distortion, or overheating
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
• Measure, align, and position parts using hand tools and measuring devices
• Operate forklifts and other shop equipment safely 

Mig Tig Welder Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of welding experience
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Blueprint reading experience required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Basic math skills and ability to perform measurements accurately
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical Requirements Frequent standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to lift and carry 15–50+ pounds Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and exposure to moving equipment
