Renvolt is a subsidiary of Voltalia Group. We are looking for an experienced EPC and O&M Sales Manager to address Italian market for Renvolt. This role will play a key part in driving commercial growth and securing new opportunities within the renewable energy sector in Italy. The main responsibilities include: Support the Global EPC and O&M Sales Managers in the definition of the Sales Action Plan, creating and updating a database, screening strategic decision of key investors, forecasting prices volumes of new sales for the specific market in which he acts, define target customer profile for which it shall commit for identification and capture of new customers and as well for the sales each year. Detect new customers (institutional investors) and new opportunities and support the negotiation of new EPC and O&M contracts, under the instructions of Global EPC and O&M Sales Managers. Proactively contribute and implement practices for risk management and mitigation as well as to incorporate the recommendations of the corporate departments of the group. Familiarize oneself with and understand the decision‑making process of the prospect. Build an argument that appeals to both the contact person and the final decision‑maker. Develop the activity of screening, recognition and capture of customers for the EPC and O&M business: IPP, investment funds utilities, owners or managers of energy generation assets. Elaborate and perform business presentations to customers and other business stakeholders with the purpose of establishing commercial relations and new sales for the EPC and O&M Business in Italy. Conduct, prepare and elaborate customized budgets and commercial & technical proposals that meet the client’s needs, compliant with the internal recommended practices and instructions. Define a winning sales strategy for each opportunity. Conduct commercial negotiations: pricing, timelines, promotions and close sales contracts. Actively contribute for the Development of tools and solutions related to the commercial activity, management and implementation. Participate in initiatives for brand promotion. Provide support to EPC and O&M operational managers in maintaining relationships with existing portfolio clients. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or management; Minimum 7 years of experience in sales of construction services of infrastructures (mandatory); Over 10 years of experience in Service ideally including O&M services; At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector (preferred) in Italy; Proven track record in negotiating and budgeting EPC and O&M Service contracts; Strong understanding of the solar, storage and/or wind market in Italy, including key stakeholders, from investors to asset owners and competitors; Solid knowledge of project management, cost control, contract management, accounting principles and procedures; Strong awareness and commitment to HSE; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Fluent in English and Italian; Availability for national and international travels.
