Within LEAF, you will find a fast-paced environment with many opportunities to learn and accelerate your career.You will aid the engineering team in developing plumbing calculations, plumbing system designs of gas, water, and waste systems.Your Impact:Produce reports/drawings using calculations and specifications for various buildingsUtilize client requirements and specifications to generate consistent drawings to meet their needsReview code related items with engineers to ensure compliance with client requirements and specificationsAssist senior engineering staff support in equipment selection through project calculations and equipment researchAssist in the evaluation and equipment selection for the design of plumbing system components and apply standard engineering proceduresAid in areas that require consulting on feasibility reports and sustainability analysesWork with team to design plumbing systems like sanitary, water, gas, storm, medical gas, fire protectionMentor plumbing designers and plumbing engineer/designers on the expectationsHere's What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering technology degree preferred6+ years of work experience with an engineering consultantProficient in Revit 2022 and AutoCAD 2021Proficiency with BluebeamHere's How You'll Stand Out:PE LicensedAbility to self-assess and command a high level of accuracyStrong oral, written, and communication skillsExcellent time-management and organizational skillsProject experience in K-12 educational marketWhy Join Us?Eligible employees receive an annual performance bonus depending on LEAF profitability and individual performance. The expected pay range for this position, based on experience, skills, and knowledge applicable to the role is $109,000 to $149,000.
