The Role

As the Senior Manager, Client Growth & Strategic Partnerships, you will own two of CBTS's highest-leverage growth levers: deepening marketing engagement with existing clients and turning marquee brand and community partnerships into commercial outcomes. You will design client marketing programs that drive cross-sell, upsell, and service expansion, and you will lead our professional sports, university, and association partnerships. You will focus on the few priorities that move the needle and make CBTS a visible part of the business and technology communities where our clients operate.

What You'll Do

• Own the client marketing strategy for our installed base, building programs that expand services, drive cross-sell and upsell, and strengthen retention
• Design and host high-touch executive experiences that deepen relationships with senior decision makers and surface expansion opportunities
• Lead execution of our major professional sports and university partnership contracts, maximizing every provision and converting entitlements into client and prospect engagement
• Build and steward relationships with business and technology associations where our clients and targets are active, identifying where our accounts hold membership and influence and finding ways to deliver value beyond event attendance
• Identify and support business advocates who represent CBTS within key organizations
• Lead brand activations that translate national brand assets into local experiences, placements, and moments that resonate with our clients
• Partner with regional sales leadership on account-level expansion priorities as the marketing counterpart on growth planning
• Curate programs already in motion across the marketing ecosystem, working with the Campaigns Lead, Partner Marketing Lead, and GTM Enablement to plug accounts into the right programs at the right time
• Secure coverage across paid and organic social, press, and client stories
• Track and report on client marketing and partnership performance, connecting activity to expansion pipeline and revenue

What You'll Bring

Experience

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years owning client, customer, or account-based marketing outcomes
• Demonstrated success driving expansion revenue within an existing client base
• Experience managing sponsorship, community, or association partnerships and extracting full commercial value from them

• Willingness to travel to support partnership commitments and executive events (if residing out of market)

Education

• Graduate or Masters Degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent

Why CBTS

The compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 and reflects CBTS's good‑faith estimate, at the time of posting, of the salary the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. The applicable base pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined within this range, based on the candidate's designated primary work location and factors including role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual's experience, education, skills, and knowledge. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as discretionary bonuses or sales‑based variable compensation, in accordance with applicable plans and eligibility requirements.
