Construction Superintendent / Jr. PM - Industrial

Job Description

Global leader in construction is seeking an experienced Jr. PM / construction superintendent to support onsite managers for a large scale data center build in Barker, NY

This is a contract opportunity

This is scheduled to last 12+ months

PM role that can support
- Data Center or MEP experience preferred.
- Provide status updates and progress updates on things that they're seeing and experiencing in the fields.
- Must be able to read and understand Construction Drawings.
- Manage and monitor long lead items and construction schedules.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills providing field/schedule updates to client Pjm staff.

Would assist overseeing contractors, schedule, budget, safety, builds, installations and more

Must have experience with data center builds or large scale industrial construction projects

This is an immediate need

Local is preferred but expenses would be covered for the right fit

Dayshift 8-10 hours a day / Possible weekend work

All hours would be straight time pay
