Registered Nurse (RN) – Non‑Invasive Cardiac Lab Location: RWJUH Somerset, 110 Rehill Ave, Somerville, NJ 08876 Department: Non‑Invasive Cardiac Lab Employment: Hourly, Per Diem (Day shift) Pay Range: $46.90 – $63.44 per hour Pay Transparency The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s education, skills and experience. Position Summary Our Non‑Invasive Cardiology Nurses provide exceptional care to patients with cardiovascular conditions. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Required Qualifications Current New Jersey RN license ASN or Nursing Diploma (must complete BSN within 5 years of hire) BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association Specialty Certification (or obtain within one year of hire) Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, at least 2 years in cardiology, ER or critical care preferred Proficient knowledge of cardiology and cardiac diagnostic procedures Preferred Qualifications BSN Scheduling Per Diem – Day Shift Other Job Duties Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing non‑invasive cardiology procedures (TEEs, cardioversions, tilt‑table tests, stress tests) Conduct thorough patient assessments, including histories, vitals and interpretation of diagnostic results Prepare patient for procedure, assist physicians during procedure and recover patients after the procedure Collaborate closely with cardiologists and other providers to develop personalized care plans, ensuring best possible outcomes Assist in coordination and execution of non‑invasive cardiology procedures while maintaining a safe and sterile environment Equal Opportunity Employer RWJBarnabas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
