Job Description Crowe is growing tremendously and is looking for future leaders who can advance along a partner career path or pursue growth opportunities. Transition between industry verticals within Audit & Assurance to align with your professional goals. Responsibilities Run client engagements from start to finish, covering financial statement preparation, internal staffing, project scheduling and budgeting, planning, and related administrative functions. Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns on audit processes and assess performance for engagement reviews. Maintain outstanding relationships with clients, increase client satisfaction, and collaborate with management and staff at all levels to deliver audit services. Identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process; encourage creativity to grow expertise that makes a difference at our firm. Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software to review and compile financial information. Engage with key client management to collect information, resolve audit‑related problems, and recommend business and process improvements. Qualifications 2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience. Background in external audit working with real estate clients. Strong organizational, social, technical, accounting, and auditing skills to work efficiently with clients and staff. Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision. Ability to multi‑task; plan, execute, and wrap up multiple engagements concurrently. Additional Qualifications ​Bachelor’s degree required; meets education requirement for CPA certification in your state (150 eligible credit hours). Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred. CPA strongly preferred, or pursuing CPA licensing in your state.
