Here at the DBS Transformation & Data, Group COO, we focus on nurturing the culture of the "World's Best Bank", 2025, 2021, 2019 (Euromoney) and “World’s Best Digital Bank” (Euromoney, 2016 & 2018). • Design immersion sessions based on the individual needs of existing/potential clients
• Drive One Bank approach to evaluate all engagements for business value
• Consistently develop DBS Transformation Storyline in collaboration with leadership — incorporating updates on key T&D themes

• Develop external amplification of T&D narrative by aligning the group’s strategic priorities
• Partner GSMC to support delivery of proactive media pitches, spotting of trends, and identification of relevant publications that can be tapped to support T&D commentary.
• Drive unified external voice & messaging for the group and work with regional stakeholders to showcase Transformation & Data outcomes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally, to source information, case studies, content that showcase impact
• Partner GSMC to ensure all content is aligned to DBS central messaging and brand
• Support senior stakeholders on T&D narrative for their external messaging

• Generate topics for discussion and develop talk points
• Identify thought leadership content that can be tapped for external positioning
• Pull together briefing documents and talk points to support speakers with the latest messaging
• Drive media and external speaker trainings, ensuring spokespeople can clearly articulate the T&D story and skilfully navigate all public and media interactions
• Create educational materials fostering proficiency in delivery of T&D storyline

• Develop award strategies in line with GSMC guidance to amplify key messages and showcase T&D thought leadership.
• Craft compelling, data-driven pitches to secure consistent wins and heighten visibility for DBS's T&D leadership and impact.
• Proactively source and evaluate content for robust, winning submissions that position DBS at the forefront of technological advancement.
