The Dabney is currently seeking experienced, hospitality-driven servers to join our team as we continue an exciting period of growth. As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we remain deeply committed to thoughtful Mid-Atlantic cuisine, genuine hospitality, and a collaborative team culture.

Chef Jeremiah Langhorne ’s ode to the Mid-Atlantic highlights seasonal ingredients from regional farmers, fishermen, and artisans, all cooked over our signature wood-burning hearth.

Since opening in 2015, The Dabney has received numerous honors including:

Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic (2018) from the James Beard Foundation
One Michelin Star (2017–Present) from the Michelin Guide
No. 1 Restaurant (2023) by Washingtonian Magazine
Featured in Food & Wine and Bon Appétit

We are currently very busy and looking to add strong service professionals who thrive in a fast-paced dining room and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

2+ years serving experience (fine dining strongly preferred)
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
A team-first attitude and positive, professional demeanor
Strong food, wine, and spirits knowledge, or a passion to learn
Interest in seasonal, regional, and sustainable ingredients
Ability to perform confidently in a high-volume, high-standard environment
