As **Area Operations Manager**, you will shape and lead a broader, more strategic operating model that is core to our growth plans over the next five years. With responsibility for both Parts and Service performance across multiple locations, you will play a critical role in building strong teams, delivering exceptional customer support, and driving profitable growth across the area.Leading a team that typically includes Thermo King and Trailer Repair Service Managers, Parts Managers, and their corresponding teams, you will be responsible for the overall health of the Area’s **Parts** and **Service** business. This includes financial results, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic, hands-on multi-site leader who wants to build something meaningful, lead through transformation, and make a visible impact on the future of Thermo King. In this role, you will play a key part in an evolving leadership model central to our long-term growth. You will leverage your strong blend of business acumen, operational leadership, and people development experience to inspire teams, elevate performance, and drive results across a complex operation.**What you will do:*** Lead the overall Parts and Service business across multiple sites within the assigned Area, with full accountability for financial performance, operational execution, customer experience, and team engagement.* Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to Service Managers, Parts Managers, and other Area leaders, building a strong, accountable, and high-performing culture across locations.* Drive profitable growth by improving service execution, expanding parts performance, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring consistent operating standards across the Area.* Own Area-level business planning and performance management, including budgeting, forecasting, margin improvement, expense control, productivity, and achievement of growth objectives.* Partner across functions to implement strategic initiatives, lead continuous improvement efforts, and align site-level execution with broader business priorities.* Champion a safe, compliant, and people-focused environment that supports employee development, retention, succession planning, and long-term organizational capability.**What you will bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; however, a combination of relevant work experience and proven leadership experience will also be considered.* Progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, service, parts, aftermarket, industrial, transportation, fleet, equipment, or similar business-to-business environments.* Demonstrated success leading teams with responsibility for operational and financial performance in service-oriented or asset lifecycle support businesses.* Experience leading leaders and developing teams across multiple locations.* Proven track record of driving profitable growth, operational improvement, and customer satisfaction.* Experience in industries where business-to-business industrial-type asset lifecycle service is prevalent, rather than requiring direct Thermo King-specific experience.* Experience overseeing both service operations and parts operations is strongly preferred.* Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasts, margins, expenses, and overall business performance.* Ability to lead multi-site operations with a focus on consistency, efficiency, productivity, and customer outcomes.* Proven strength in coaching leaders, building engaged teams, and creating a culture of accountability and performance.* Working knowledge of service operations, parts operations, inventory management, and customer support in industrial or commercial environments.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and performance metrics to drive action.* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across teams, levels, and customer relationships.* Ability to lead change effectively and translate strategy into execution across multiple sites.* Commitment to safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.* Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% within the assigned Area.**연간 기본급 범위 또는 시급 기본급 범위**$137,053.33 - $174,600.00**보상 유형:**급여**인센티브 대상**Yes**판매 수수료 대상**No**면책 조항**: 당사는 이 직무에 대해 다양한 요소를 고려하여 경쟁력 있는 보상을 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 실제 보상 수준은 경력, 성과, 지역, 학력, 경험, 출장 요건, 노조 소속 여부 등 여러 요소에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 당사의 보상 범위는 일반적으로 해당 국가의 전국 평균을 기준으로 산정됩니다. 또한, 복리후생은 지역, 사업 부문, 노조 참여, 직원 신분 등에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.**직장과 가정에서 모두 성장하세요:** * 복리후생은 귀하와 가족에게 입사 첫날부터 적용되며, 건강보험과 넉넉한 인센티브를 제공하는 종합 웰니스 프로그램을 포함합니다 – 우리는 배려할 용기가 있습니다!* 가족 형성 지원 혜택에는 난임 치료 보장과 입양/대리출산 지원이 포함됩니다.* 유급 휴가에는 최대 15일의 휴가, 유급 공휴일, 병가 및 자원봉사와 육아휴직을 지원하기 위한 추가 옵션이 포함됩니다.* 401K 매칭 기여금, 회사 프로그램을 통한 교육 및 훈련 기회와 함께 학비 지원 및 학자금 대출 부채 지원. 면책 조항: 제공되는 복리후생은 근무지, 단체협약 및 지역/주 규정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다안전 민감 직무No회사는 특정 직무를 안전 민감 직무로 지정합니다. 안전 민감 직무의 경우 추가적인 약물 검사가 요구될 수 있습니다. 본 직무는 안전 민감 직무입니다.저희는 경쟁력 있는 보상과 포괄적인 복리후생 및 프로그램을 제공합니다. 당사는 기회균등 고용주로서, 모든 적격 지원자는 인종, 피부색, 종교, 성별, 성적 지향, 성 정체성, 출신 국가, 임신, 연령, 혼인 여부, 장애, 보호대상 재향군인 신분 또는 기타 법적으로 보호되는 신분에 관계없이 채용 심사 대상이 됩니다.
