Youth ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) is an innovative program within our Crisis Services Department, and we're looking for a skilled Clinicians to join our dynamic, mission-driven team.

As a Youth ACT Clinician, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of youth and their families. You'll provide compassionate, high-quality assessment and treatment that meets each child and family exactly where they areclinically, emotionally, and within their unique family system. Every intervention is personalized, strength-focused, and rooted in evidence-based practices to ensure meaningful, lasting impact for the youth and caregivers we serve.

What You'll Do:

• Provide home- and community-based assessment, treatment planning, individual & family therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Deliver highly individualized, evidence-based interventions tailored to the complex needs of each child and family.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team to respond rapidly and adjust care as needs evolve.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation.
• Rotate in the team's 24/7 on-call, over the phone crisis intervention coverage to ensure continuous care for enrolled clients.

Salary: $67,000/yearly
