Sales Coordinator

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences? We're seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our growing financial services team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind successful client seminars, appointment coordination, and life insurance case management. You'll work closely with financial advisors to ensure prospective clients receive a seamless experience from seminar registration through policy implementation. This is a salaried position with additional earning potential. Team members who obtain their Health, Accident & Life Insurance License are eligible for bonus opportunities, with first-year earnings potential of $60,000+ . What You'll Do Coordinate and execute fixed index annuity and life insurance seminars Manage event logistics, setup, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting Ensure seminars are well-attended with qualified prospects Support marketing and event planning initiatives Client Engagement & Appointment Coordination Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments Execute multi-touch follow-up campaigns to maximize seminar attendance and client engagement Conduct post-seminar outreach, lead nurturing, and appointment setting Deliver exceptional client service throughout the onboarding process Insurance Case Management Manage life insurance cases from application through underwriting Collect and organize required documentation Maintain communication with clients, carriers, and advisors throughout the process Track case status and ensure timely progression to completion Prepare advisors for client meetings by reviewing files, organizing paperwork, and identifying opportunities Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity within CRM systems Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling Identify opportunities to support clients with additional assets and planning needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ year of office or administrative experience required Previous financial services or insurance industry experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment What Makes You Successful Client-focused and proactive Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong follow-through and relationship-building skills Solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
