What you will have an opportunity to do:

At The Lytle Park Hotel, exceptional service is found in the details. We are seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help create a warm, welcoming, and memorable evening experience for our guests.

The Turndown Attendant is responsible for refreshing guest rooms in the evening and preparing them for a comfortable night's stay. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating beautiful spaces, and understands how small touches can make a big difference in the guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide evening turndown service in assigned guest rooms
• Refresh and tidy guest rooms while respecting guests' belongings and privacy
• Turn down beds and prepare rooms for the evening
• Replace used towels and replenish guest room amenities as needed
• Remove trash and refresh ice and glassware as applicable
• Ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Report maintenance concerns, lost-and-found items, or unusual room conditions to leadership
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and work areas in an organized manner
• Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, security, and luxury service standards
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and other hotel departments to provide an exceptional guest experience

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and genuine desire to provide outstanding hospitality
• Strong attention to detail and pride in creating an exceptional guest environment
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and professionalism
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation:

$16.00 - $19.20
