Vault Teller

Location 300 Country Club Road,Casper, WY, 82609,United States Description Job Summary Maintains money shipments, vault cash, accepts and sells cash to Teller staff. Primary Duties / Responsibilities Verify money received or sent for deposit in the vault. Buy and sell money to tellers. Approve change order for tellers. Process daily teller transactions, including cash, checks, deposits, savings withdrawals, transfer, and loan payments. Process commercial checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Buy and sell foreign currency. Balance the vault on a daily basis and maintain cash limits. Assist in the bank-by-mail function, night drop bags. Coordinate ordering of money needed for the day-to-day transactions at each branch. Order and ship money to the Fed. Prepare money for off-site ATM use. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Three years of Banking experience, preferably in Teller Services or experience working with high volume of cash. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem resolution skills. Ability to work independently with sound decision-making ability. Ability to perform responsibilities safely and effectively; may frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Good interpersonal communication skills, as well as good mathematical, organizational, and proficient computer skills; ability to operate standard office equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
