Nurse Educator

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Nurse Educator to design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education for nursing staff within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. In this role, you will assess learning needs, develop evidence-based curricula, lead orientation and competency training, and support ongoing professional development across our network of hospitals and care facilities. You will collaborate with clinical leaders to improve patient outcomes, integrate best practices and new technologies into training, and mentor nurses at all levels.
