Project Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving project execution. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating project trackers, including tasks, owners, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple active initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to follow up on open action items and ensure timely resolution. Responsibilities also include coordinating project meetings and working sessions, preparing agendas, documenting key decisions, and tracking next steps. The Project Manager will support IT project requirements gathering through facilitated sessions, structured documentation, and requirements traceability. Additionally, you will oversee test plan execution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by monitoring status, tracking defects, and managing sign-off progression. Success in this role requires the ability to proactively identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers, helping project teams stay on track and achieve key milestones.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years of project coordination or project management experience supporting cross functional back office operations (Accounts Payable, HR, Procurement, FP&A, Accounting, Finance, etc).

-Proven experience managing project schedules, action items, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications in a structured project environment.

-Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and project status reporting. PMI Certification
