Digital Marketing Specialist Contract | Remote

Foretell Consulting is growing, and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has a foundation in digital marketing but wants to dramatically expand their skills by working across multiple businesses, industries, platforms, and marketing channels. You do not need to know everything. In fact, we're much more interested in finding someone who is curious, organized, technically comfortable, dependable, and genuinely enjoys figuring things out. We're willing to train the right person. What You'll Work On No two days will look exactly the same. Depending on the client and project, you may help with: • SEO and content optimization • Email marketing and automation • Website updates and landing pages • CRM systems and marketing workflows • Reporting, analytics and conversion tracking • E-commerce marketing • Social media campaigns • AI tools and emerging marketing technology • Research, testing and campaign optimization Who We're Looking For You'll probably thrive in this role if you: • Have some hands-on digital marketing experience • Learn new software quickly • Are comfortable troubleshooting and figuring things out • Pay attention to details • Can manage multiple projects without losing track of things • Communicate clearly and ask questions when you need help • Can follow a process but also think independently • Are comfortable using AI as a tool—not as a substitute for thinking • Take ownership of your work • Actually enjoy digital marketing and want to keep learning it What Matters More Than Your Résumé Curiosity and the love of problem solving. Digital marketing changes constantly. We'd rather hire someone who says, \"I haven't done that yet, but I can learn it,\" than someone who has a long list of certifications but needs instructions for every step. You'll receive training and support, but we're ultimately looking for someone who can grow into owning projects independently. About the Position Type: Independent Contractor Location: Remote — U.S.-based Compensation: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience Hours: Part-time to start, with the potential for additional hours as the role grows This is intended to be an ongoing position rather than a short-term freelance project. This is not an opportunity for agencies, white-label providers or individuals looking to subcontract the work.
