Responsibilities include: Client Acquisition Support Respond to technical client questions related to security architecture, deployment, integrations, and data governance Identify and describe application use cases to address client workflows, requirements, data sources and pain points Develop working fluency across Go Abacus’s active verticals, with the ability to speak credibly to technical pain points in each Account and Client Services Support Support clients’ technical needs throughout client onboarding and operations, in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams Troubleshoot client inquiries, resolve bugs, implement enhanced features, or escape to Engineering team Create product documentation and guides for client use Product and Internal Collaboration Stay current on new internal releases, features, and architecture changes and translate them into sales‑ready language the team can use immediately Continuously research industry trends to identify opportunities to develop additional features and integrations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent project experience 3-10 years of experience in a technical role, such as software engineering, IT support, data management, or technical consulting Able to support Proof of Concept (POC), sandbox builds, and integration testing Able to troubleshoot deployment and integration issues in a customer environment, including reading system logs, identifying configuration errors, and diagnosing and resolving incidents Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle methodology (SDLC) and software concepts Experienced at presenting live demos Working knowledge of LLMs and RAG‑based AI systems Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple client and internal teams Detail-oriented, problem‑solver and quick learner, with desire to learn the Go Abacus code stack Familiarity with on‑premise or air‑gapped infrastructure deployment a strong plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
