Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, entrepreneurial-minded esthetician who specializes in laser hair removal and is proficient in additional medical spa procedures. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient results, comfortable working alongside medical professionals, and motivated to grow our aesthetic service line. Key Responsibilities Perform laser hair removal using advanced, FDA-approved devices with attention to safety, patient comfort, and optimal results. Provide a range of medical aesthetic treatments, which may include: Chemical peels Microdermabrasion Microneedling IPL photofacials Skin tightening treatments Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare regimens. Maintain treatment room cleanliness, equipment safety checks, and infection control standards. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure compliance with medical protocols and state regulations. Actively participate in marketing, patient education, and service growth initiatives. Qualifications Licensed Esthetician in New York State (additional laser certification preferred/can be obtained with us). Minimum 1 year of hands‑on laser hair removal experience. Proficiency in at least 2 other aesthetic treatment modalities. Strong knowledge of skin physiology, contraindications, and laser safety protocols. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor. Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a client base and expanding services.
