Competitive PRN Compensation Flexible Scheduling Build Your Caseload Around Your Availability Consistent Patient Opportunities One-on-One Patient Care Company Tablet Supportive Clinical Leadership Professional Growth Opportunities What You'll Do Complete physical therapy evaluations in patients' homes Develop individualized plans of care Provide therapeutic exercise, gait, balance, transfer, and mobility training Assess home safety and fall risks Educate patients and caregivers Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans Complete progress assessments and discharge planning Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, PTAs, and other team members Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky Qualifications Active Washington, DC Physical Therapist License Required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Dependable transportation to patient visits Ability to work independently in patients' homes Home Health and OASIS experience preferred, but not required WellSky experience is a plus Why Human Touch?
