Job Brief: Clinical Operations Support Specialist The Clinical Ops Support Specialist, within TSPMG’s Operations and Strategy department, is a contracted hourly position, reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services, Operations and Strategy. The Clinical Ops Support Specialist is responsible for managing patient referrals, ensuring high-quality patient care via timely access to services. Work will include reviewing referrals against specialty-specific clinical pathways, within the context of service and access standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and work within firm deadlines. Ability to establish positive, professional relationships with senior leadership and management team members. Work experience in large multi-specialty medical group practices. Experience in referral processing. Proficiency in Epic EMR system. Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
