Typical Schedule 10:30a – 7:00p Every other weekend Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Support front‑of‑house operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient guest checkout experience Communicate critical information clearly and effectively Provide timely and accurate updates to leadership regarding issues and operational needs Adhere to departmental safety protocols Identify, report, and elevate safety concerns as appropriate Job Qualifications 2 years of related supervisory experience 5+ years of customer service experience Primary Location Burnet Campus Schedule Full time Shift Rotating (United States of America) Department Food Services Employee Status Regular FTE 1 Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range $19.48 - $22.25 Annualized Pay Note Annualized pay may vary based on FTE status.
