Growing Plumbing & HVAC Installation and Maintenance Company is looking to add a career-oriented Residential Sales Professional to our team!  We are looking for a Professional Minded individual to help us take Martinelli Plumbing & Heating to the next level.  MARTINELLI PLUMBING & HEATING is a growing Full-Service Plumbing & HVAC Company encompassing:

·         Plumbing System Design and Installation

·         Full Service Plumbing Shop for Inhouse Fabrication

·         Full Service HVAC contracting and installation for year round needs

·         Year Round home maintenance for Residential Plumbing and HVAC

MARTINELLI PLUMBING & HEATING is looking to take our business to the next level, and we are retooling our business accordingly to attract the kind of talent it takes to be the best Plumbing & HVAC Contracting and Maintenance Company in South Jersey Area. 

If you a true sales hunter with residential home services experience?  This is an opportunity for a driven professional who wants unlimited earning potential and the ability to directly impact company growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect residential homeowners, property managers and facility managers.
• Develop new marketing campaigns to cultivate and work residential  plumbing and HVAC opportunities from current, former and potential customers
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships
• Coordinate with operations teams
• Close negotiated projects and service agreements
• Grow recurring service revenue

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of commercial construction or service sales experience
• Experience selling home services to residential homeowner clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement
• Proven closer with a track record of generating revenue

Plumbing or mechanical contracting experience is strongly preferred.
