Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner Work Location: Marysville, CA Duration: 13 Weeks contract Work Setting: On-site Pay Rate: $50/hr. - $55/hr. NOTE: Must have leadership experience. Job Requirements Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience): Required Requires 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the healthcare sector. Verifiable experience in successful and impactful coaching, advising, and consulting with leaders on organizational issues and employee challenges Licenses/Certifications Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification: Preferred Essential Functions Leads the daily operations of HR within assigned area/location of responsibility, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective delivery of HR services. Serves as the point of contact for assigned HR team members, fostering professional growth and development and encouraging continuous learning. Performs champion shaping and nurturing workplace culture and engagement strategies that align to organization mission and values and foster an environment of belonging. Leads the development and implementation of HR strategies, change management initiatives, and support organizational transformation efforts. Provides strategic guidance to all levels of leadership related to engagement, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management, and other key initiatives. Partners with the network HR director and network HR teams to foster collaboration and alignment across the network. Oversees and guides complex employee relations cases, including investigations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes aligned with legal requirements, policies and procedures, and values. Ensures compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR-related risks through collaboration with legal and compliance teams. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apetan
