Description: Position Summary: Provides direct department support for acquiring transportation authorization and related services for all modes of travel; emergent, non-emergent, charters, and scheduled commercial. Position Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Entry Level Position License, Certification, Registration Complete and Pass State of Alaska HIPPA course Medical Terminology Certification within nine months of hire Equipment/Tools Basic office equipment and computers. Specialized Knowledge and Skills One (1) year working in customer service field with computers. One (1) year working in Microsoft Office. Six (6) months working as Travel Technician I Type 35 words per minute 10 key to touch Written, communication and interpersonal skills.
