Now Hiring: Experienced Automotive Title Clerk Join Our Team! We're looking for an experienced Automotive Title Clerk who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done right. What You'll Do Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag work accurately and on time Review deal jackets to ensure all required documentation is complete Process title applications, lien releases, and payoffs Handle dealer trades and title transfers Maintain title schedules and follow up on outstanding titles Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Assist the accounting office with additional duties as needed What We're Looking For Automotive dealership title experience is required Knowledge of state title and registration processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; dealership management system experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the dealership Pay: Based on experience.
