Senior Director, Product Management - IDP Remote, US

Summary

Tungsten Automation is the leader in Intelligent Document Processing, and TotalAgility is the platform at the center of that leadership. As enterprises move from document capture to AI-native, agentic automation, we are looking for a Sr. Director of Product Management to own the roadmap and delivery of our Intelligent Document Processing pillar and the TotalAgility platform.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for a product leader who can both set direction and drive it to release. You will define where IDP goes next—AI-native capture, classification and extraction, agentic document workflows, and embedded compliance—and you will be accountable for driving it, allowing oversight and commitment to success through the process. You will turn market signal, competitive pressure, and customer need into a roadmap the organization can execute against, then partner closely with Engineering to bring it to market on time and at quality.

You will be the connective tissue between vision and execution: setting the multi-year strategy for IDP and TotalAgility, sequencing the roadmap against real delivery constraints, and owning the commercial outcomes — bookings, revenue growth, and net revenue retention — that prove it is working. This is a chance to shape how the world's largest enterprises process their most critical documents in the era of agentic AI.

Job Purpose

Own the investment strategy, product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for the Intelligent Document Processing pillar and the TotalAgility platform — accountable for both the strategic direction and the operational and financial results of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution end to end. Translate the roadmap into prioritized, well-scoped releases and partner closely with Engineering to ship on schedule, at quality, and with measurable customer impact. This role is accountable for delivery, not just direction.
• Own the numbers. Set and own product growth targets in partnership with Finance; be accountable for bookings, revenue growth, net revenue retention (NRR), and gross revenue retention (GRR) in the IDP pillar.
• Lead the AI agenda. Own the AI and document-intelligence strategy for the platform — capture, classification, extraction, and agentic document workflows — including build-versus-partner decisions and how AI capabilities are packaged, metered, and priced.
• Be the visible face of the product. Stay personally and consistently close to customers and the market — this is a flagship product, and the strategy behind it needs to be shaped in the room with customers, not developed in isolation and handed down. Participate directly in customer meetings, executive briefings, and prospect conversations, and treat that engagement as core to the job, not an occasional add-on.
• Own the platform story across the broader portfolio. Drive product strategy and thought leadership not just for TotalAgility, but across the wider DWA portfolio — defining and managing the connected motion between TotalAgility and adjacent pillars (e.g., IVA+ and AP/AR automation) so the portfolio operates as a coherent platform, and so the organization has one visible leader setting direction across that space, not a set of disconnected point products.
• Stay ahead of the market. Maintain deep command of the competitive and analyst landscape for IDP and intelligent automation; anticipate market and regulatory shifts — including e-invoicing and compliance mandates — and position the portfolio ahead of them.
• Ground decisions in evidence. Lead customer and market discovery; synthesize research, product usage data, and field input into clear, defensible prioritization and investment decisions.
• Drive adoption. Own go-to-market strategy for the pillar in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Channel — positioning, packaging, pricing, and launch — and measure adoption, calibrating quickly where results diverge from plan.
• Communicate with altitude. Communicate strategy, roadmap, and trade-offs credibly across every audience, from engineering teams to the executive team, board, customers, and prospects.
• Shape inorganic bets. Partner with Corporate Development on build, partner, and acquire decisions that accelerate the IDP and TotalAgility roadmap.
• Instrument the business. Establish the metrics and operating cadence that measure progress against strategic and financial goals, and hold the organization accountable to them.
