Compensation Analyst

Job Description:

Easterseals NH is excited to announce the opening for a Compensation Analyst! The Compensation Analyst will assist in the development of job descriptions, compensation programs, the yearly merit review process and provide back to the Compensation & Benefits team during annual open enrollment. This role is open due to an internal promotion. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Two (2) – four (4) years of Compensation experience Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Essential Responsibilities: Facilitates the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs. Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job evaluation and job description development. Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents. Participates in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure organizational compensation objectives are achieved. Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position. Manages yearly merit review process Assists Benefits team in the Annual Open Enrollment process Ensures compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining networks and participating in professional organizations. Identify, facilitate and participate in relevant staff trainings and workshops. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Travel to office sites required. Compensation:

$65,000-75,000 based on experience and education. Hours:

This is a full-time position. 8:30am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. Hybrid schedule 1-2 remote per week. What’s in it for you?
