Stockroom Assistant/InstallerWeatherTech is seeking a well-qualified Stockroom Assistant/Installer to contribute to the overall operation of the stockroom by ensuring all factory store orders are handled properly and timely matter.Sunday - Tuesday: 8:30am - 5pmFriday: 10:30am - 7pmSaturday: 8:30am - 5pmThis is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team!High performing, reliable, and teamwork-minded employees are rewarded with a competitive compensation and benefits package including the potential to earn end of year bonuses and pay increases.We offer a great work environment with a focus on encouraging our employees to be the best they can be through training, advancement opportunities, top-notch compensation and benefits, all while promoting a culture that values family, diversity and teamwork!As a Stockroom Assistant/Installer, you will:Assist customers with carrying products to and installing products in/on their vehicles, and assisting with on-site customer product questionsDeliver exceptional customer service and support in the Factory Store by quickly and accurately receiving, printing, picking, and packing customer orders, assisting customers with carrying products to and installing products in/on their vehicles, and assisting with on-site customer product questionsUtilize ERP system to maintain and manage the stockroom inventory on hand by conducting daily and monthly inventory and cycle counts of the store and stockroom, identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, creating BOLs for restocking products, and maintaining various daily logs for product returnsUnpack all deliveries and put inventory into the correct locationsEnsure all stock is safely stored and easily accessible in compliance with all regulations and department guidelinesMaintain accurate knowledge of inventory and their respective locationsStore items in an orderly and accessible manner in supply rooms or other areasClean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations including all established department policies and proceduresDesignate stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipmentInteract with customers when applicableProvide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concernsParticipate in required training on new tasks and skills pertinent to the department, product installation, company policies, and safety guidelinesFollow company safety rules and keep designated work area in a clean and orderly conditionWork a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours; work overtime as business demandsPerform other duties as assignedQualified Candidates will:Have 6 months of experience in warehouse or stockroom operationsHave a High School Diploma or equivalentHave knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteMaintain a friendly and helpful attitude and demeanorPossess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with customersHave a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfactionBe authorized to work in the United StatesWhy you'll love working at WeatherTech DirectWeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and clean and safe workspace.
